Properties:
Pregnacare® breast-feeding is specially formulated to support the nutrition of mothers both in the postnatal period and during breastfeeding.
- Postnatal tablets with micronutrients
- Calcium, vitamins K and D, zinc and magnesium can contribute to the normal functioning of the bone system.
- Calcium and vitamin K can contribute to normal blood clotting.
- Vitamins B6, B3, iron and magnesium can contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- High purity Omega-3 capsules
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) can help maintain normal brain function and vision.

Mode of administration:
Adults: 2 tablets per day plus 1 Omega-3 capsule per day, during the main meal. Swallow with water or a cold liquid.
Do not chew. Do not administer on an empty stomach.
It can be given at any time after birth and used as long as needed during and after breastfeeding.

Omega-3 from fish oil (from fish) 600 mg (provides DHA 300 mg and EPA 60 mg), Glycerin and Natural Lemon Oil Flavor.

Precautions:
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are under medical supervision, suffer from epilepsy, thyroid conditions, hemochromatosis, food allergies or are allergic to one of the ingredients.
It contains vitamin K and therefore should not be taken together with anticoagulants (warfarin) without a doctor's advice.
If you are breastfeeding a premature newborn, consult your doctor or neonatologist before using this product.
This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to small children.
Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption. The product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
