Dosage for adults:

• Adding 1 drop to an aroma lamp or diffuser for perfuming approximately 100 ^m2
• Add 1 drop per 100ml of vegetable oil or cream to body cosmetics and massage oils.

Not to be used by children under 10 years, pregnant and lactating women and sensitive people. Avoid oils if you have high blood pressure. BIO cinnamon essential oil belongs to very strong oils and has many allergenic components. Pay attention to safe dosing.

We recommend using this oil in mixtures (for example with BIO Orange essential oil or BIO Lemon essential oil).
