Feline HA St/Ox Hypoallergenic is a complete hypoallergenic veterinary food for the diagnosis and nutritional management of food allergy in kittens and adult cats.

Some cats can suffer from food allergies , which can manifest as skin symptoms and/or digestive tract irritations. Feline HA St/ Ox Hypoallergenic contains proteins that have been split (hydrolyzed) into very small particles that cannot cause an allergic reaction. It also contains a purified source of carbohydrates.

Hydrolyzed food is also suitable for use during the so-called "elimination diet", which is used to confirm (or rule out) a food allergy. If a food allergy is suspected, it is recommended to switch immediately to the Feline HA St/Ox hypoallergenic diet. During the elimination diet period, the cat should be fed exclusively Feline HA St/Ox hypoallergenic diet for 8 to 10 weeks, in combination with drinking water only.

Feline HA St/ Ox Hypoallergenic food is also suitable for cats with severe intestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) as it is a highly digestible food with selected proteins.
