Properties:
Berberine is an extract traditionally used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for about 5,000 years. Berberine is extracted from the bark of the Berberis aristata shrub, in the form of a standardized premium extract with 97% Berberine Chloride (HCL).

Mode of administration:
- 1-2 capsules per day.
Precautions:
Administer with caution during breastfeeding and diabetics. It can interact with some anti-infectives (metronidazole) or with oral contraceptives when administered simultaneously.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated for children and women in the first trimester of pregnancy, as well as in case of ovarian cyst, endometritis, decompensated cirrhosis.
