• Dandelion flower infusion regulates menstrual cycles and ovarian function due to the flavonoids and folic acid they contain.
• It has applications in skin diseases - it works especially on warts and unsightly warts, such is the effect of milk, which is visible when the stem is broken.
• It helps in efficient digestion - it increases the secretion of gastric juice and bile and prevents bile stasis.
• It has antidiabetic properties - containing inulin, it supports the regulation of carbohydrate metabolism and slows down the absorption of sugar.
• Helps with weight loss - the inulin present in dandelion significantly reduces appetite.
• It has anti-carcinogenic properties – dandelion root extract drunk as tea, according to some scientists, has an effect on cancer.
• It strengthens immunity - it is recommended during the convalescence period, in the elderly, and in periods of increased incidence of viral diseases.

Recommended use: pour 1 teaspoon into 200 ml of water, boil for 8-10 minutes, strain. Drink the decoction 3 times a day.
