Magnesium hydroxide (Aquamin Mg TG) 100 mg (contains 33 mg magnesium), eggshell powder 572 mg (contains 200 mg calcium), menaquinone-7 2.5 mg (contains 25 mcg vitamin K), cholecalciferol 10 mg ( contains 25 mcg vitamin D3), calcium fructoborate 75 mg (contains 1 mg boron), zinc citrate 11 mg (contains 3.4 mg zinc) and inactive ingredients: bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate; anti-caking agents: corn starch, stearic acid, magnesium stearate; hardening agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone. The tablet coating contains: calcium carbonate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, isomalt, medium-chain vegetable triglycerides.
