What is glutathione?
Glutathione (in Latin glutathionum ), or more precisely γ-glutamylcysteinylglycine, is an organic chemical compound. It is a tripeptide composed of the amino acid residues glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. L-glutathione occurs in all plant and animal organisms. It is the most common thiol, that is, a sulfur-containing compound present in mammalian cells.
The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule. A 60-pack of Kenay® L-Glutathione Reduced with Setria® formula will provide two months of use.
