I've been using Sudocrem since my child was born, and it's really effective against diaper rash. It soothes irritation immediately. The only drawback is that the texture is a little thick, but that's a mere detail compared with its effectiveness.

Attention the picture shown on the website is different from the product received. Arrived a product of the same brand but not the product in the picture with therefore different ingredients!!! Once I pointed out the difference I was replied that for them the product is the same and they did not let me make the return!!!
