Properties:
- combination of essential minerals/vitamins containing zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6;
- zinc and magnesium can contribute to the normal process of protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal bone density and intervene in the process of cell division;
- zinc and vitamin B6 can contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system;

How to use:
Take 1 capsule after a meal or before going to bed, with a large glass of water.

Ingredients/capsule:
Magnesium 14 mg (in the form of magnesium citrate 125 mg); pantothenic acid 15.27 mg (as calcium pantothenate 18 mg); zinc 2.14 mg as zinc gluconate 10 mg); DL-methionine – 10 mg; microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents); vitamin B6 2.87 mg (pyridoxine hydrochloride 3.5 mg). The capsule contains gelatin.
