Description
Ziolovital Premium black cumin oil, unrefined, is a food in the liquid form of oil, whose formula is based on an ingredient of natural origin. It does not contain gluten, lactose or ingredients of animal origin, which means that it can be a supplement to the daily diet of adults, including vegans. The black cumin oil (Nigella sativa) contained in the product is cold pressed at a temperature below 30°C. Moreover, black cumin oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, which include omega-6 fatty acids. One fatty acid in the omega-6 family is linoleic acid (LA), which helps maintain proper blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when 10 g of LA is consumed per day. Egyptian black cumin oil is recommended for stomach pain, gastrointestinal infections, strengthening liver function, inflammation and general weakness of the body.
