Properties:

1. Food supplement with the combination of melatonin and natural plant extracts.
2. Vitoral Nocturn is a dietary supplement, in the form of an oral spay with a pleasant taste of black currant and xylitol, intended for oral consumption.
3. Melatonin is a hormone produced in the brain, by the pineal gland, with a role in regulating the circadian rhythm. When it is dark, more melatonin is secreted, and when we are exposed to light, melatonin will be released in significantly smaller amounts. The brain generally starts producing melatonin before the usual bedtime, thus preparing the body for sleep. Melatonin levels remain high throughout the night and begin to decrease as morning light appears. Melatonin levels decrease with age.
4. Passion flower helps to induce calmness and sleep, is useful for people who feel tired and helps to induce relaxation.
5. Roinita induces relaxation and helps achieve/maintain sound sleep.

Active ingredients for 1 puff (0.2ml):
- 1 mg melatonin; 11.5 mg Passion Flower extract and 10 mg Roiniță extract. Ingredients: water; hardening agents: xylitol, xanthan gum; Passion flower leaf extract (Passiflora incarnata), with 3.5% vitexin; extract from the leaves of Roiniță (Melissa officinalis), with 2% rosmarinic acid; flavor enhancer: black currant (propylene glycol); melatonin; preservative: potassium sorbate.

Way of ussage:
It is recommended to consume 1 puff per day, in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime. It is applied directly in the oral cavity. In this case the content can last 125 days. In case of sleep disturbances caused by the change of time zone, it is recommended to use 2 puffs a day, in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at the destination.

Do not use Vitoral Nocturn if you are allergic to any of the components of this dietary supplement. Do not use during the activity of drivers or persons using machinery. Do not use in combination with alcoholic beverages.
