Properties:

Ingredients/capsule:
-300 mg of dry Valerian root powder (Valeriana officinalis), corn starch (bulking agent), gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) up to 440 mg.

Administration method:
- 1 capsule 2-4 times a day or as recommended by the specialist.

To induce a peaceful sleep, use one capsule 30 - 60 minutes before going to bed (possibly preceded by another capsule during the evening) or according to the specialist's recommendation.
The association of the product with synthetic preparations (with antidepressant, sedative, hypnotic effects) will be done only on the recommendation of the specialist.
Avoid taking the product in combination with alcohol consumption.
