UniGel Procto is a white torpedo-shaped suppository containing HEMA-HAS copolymer powder and Witepsol 25 W fat base.

HOW TO USE SUPPOSITORS:

When the blister is punctured, separate one suppository from the entire package, open the individual package with a slight pull and remove the suppository.

Suppositories are inserted into the rectum, if possible, after defecation and washing.

The suppository should be inserted deep into the rectum, with the pointed end pointing towards the anus, preferably at a slight forward angle.

Unless your doctor advises you otherwise, UniGel Procto suppositories should be used once a day, preferably at bedtime.

Due to its macromolecular structure, UniGel Procto is not absorbed into the body, so the suppositories can be used by patients of all ages, including pregnant and lactating women. However, please consult your doctor before use.

In the case of rectal diseases, it is especially important to ensure proper hygiene and regular bowel movements.

It is necessary to drink enough fluids, avoid eating spicy foods and increase the consumption of foods rich in fiber.
