Triphala is a mixture of three herbs, consisting of:

Amalaki - an excellent source of antioxidants, slows down the aging process, contains up to 20 times more vitamin C than lemon. Supports the heart, circulatory system, liver, lungs and stomach,

Bibhitaki - has a positive effect on increasing the level of good cholesterol (HDL), regulates the level of glucose in the blood,

Haritaki - rich in amino acids, tannins and fructose; it also contains sitosterol and succinic acid. It is most responsible for proper bowel function and healthy, regular bowel movements.

Triphala:

Ingredients: Triphala - 3:1 extract from three fruits: tannin leaf flower - amla (Emblica officinalis), bibihitaka (Terminalia belerica), almond flower (Terminalia chebula) in a ratio of 1:1:1, standardized to min. 40% tannins, BioPerine® - black pepper fruit extract 50:1 (Piper nigrum), standardized to 95% piperine, cellulose capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Daily dose: Take 2 capsules a day with a meal of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
