Mode of use:
Internally – in the form of an infusion of 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per 200 ml of boiling water. Drink 2 cups of tea a day, in courses of 6 weeks.
Externally – in the form of a decoction of 100 g of plants per 3 l of water. It is boiled for 5-10 minutes, left covered for 15 minutes, filtered and used in the form of local baths and local washes for disinfection or added to the bath water in which it sits for 20-30 minutes because the active substances in the plants to be able to act and penetrate the body. Compresses or poultices can be made from the plants left after filtration and applied to painful areas.
