The Calypso electric breast pump is a very quiet breast pump, dedicated to mothers who want flexibility during breastfeeding.
Contains Vacuum Seal technology, technology that serves as a barrier against bacteria and ensures that neither breast milk nor impurities can enter the connecting tube or pump.

Starting the pump:
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Attach the pump system to the Calypso.
Sit back and relax.
Center the nipple so that when you pump, it moves freely inside the breast cup / breast cup insert.
Fill the cup with the breast in such a way that there is an air space.
Start the pump.
Vacuum adjustment (suction power)
Adjust the vacuum by pressing the arrow keys.
Intensify the vacuum until you feel slight discomfort, then reduce the intensity of the vacuum until pumping is comfortable.
Cycle adjustment (suction frequency)
Adjust the cycle by pressing the arrow keys.
Set the cycle frequency to a level that is comfortable for you.

Increasing the amount of milk :
Use a dual pump system
For the first 10 minutes, or until the milk stops flowing, use a double pump system, that is, express from both breasts at the same time. After that, switch to a single pump circuit system.
Collect from each breast for five minutes while massaging gently.

Maintenance / Care / Cleaning:
The membrane container integrated into the pump system ("Vacuum Seal" technology) ensures that neither breast milk nor air can enter the tube or the Calypso unit. The closed system is so safe that it is a barrier against bacterial contamination (infection).
The unit is maintenance free; care of the unit and its accessories is limited to inspection and cleaning. It doesn't exist
user serviceable parts in the Calypso breast pump. Except for the power adapter (g), there are no spare parts.
