Dosage for adults:

• Add 6 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser to infuse approximately 100 m2 of surface area

For pregnant women, sensitive people and older children, use a lower dose. For younger children, do not use this oil at all.

Use

These essential oils are very popular in aromatherapy and many people cannot tolerate them. However, it should be remembered that their use is completely excluded for children under 2 years of age. Data on use in older children vary, so we do not recommend its use in children under 5 years of age. For children aged 5 to 10 years, it can only be used for inhalation. Do not use the oil on or near the face of these children.

Aromatherapist Tip: When using on children, replace this oil with ORGANIC orange, cedar or tea tree essential oil. For asthmatics, try BIO cedarwood essential oil as a substitute.
