Using the TePe interdental brush

Place the tip of the interdental brush diagonally across the gums at the edge of the interdental space. Find the ideal angle that allows insertion without using force and gently push into the space. Move the toothbrush back and forth along its entire length in several strokes. You can slightly bend the brush for better access to the back interdental spaces.
