Indications:
Synocam is recommended for the temporary relief of mild to moderate pain associated with: migraine, headache, back pain, menstrual pain, dental pain, rheumatic and muscle pain, cold and flu symptoms, sore throat and fever.

Composition:
Each film-coated tablet contains ibuprofen 200 mg and paracetamol 500 mg.
List of excipients: Tablet core: Maize starch, Crospovidone (type A) (E 1202), Colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide (E 551), Povidone K-30 (E 1201), Pregelatinized starch (maize), Talc (E 553b) , Stearic acid (50) Coating film: Polyvinyl alcohol (E 1203), Talc (E 553b), Macrogol 3350 (E 1521), Titanium dioxide (E 171)

Administration method:

• Adults: Take one tablet up to three times a day with water. The interval between doses should be at least 6 hours.
• If taking a single tablet does not control the symptoms, a maximum of two tablets can be taken up to 3 times a day. The interval between single doses must be of The maximum dose is 6 tablets (1200 mg ibuprofen, 3000 mg paracetamol) in 24 hours.

Elderly : No dose adjustments are necessary.

Contraindications:
Do not take Synocam if:
- you are allergic to ibuprofen, paracetamol or any of the other components of this medicine.

Precautions:
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Synocam.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:

• If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. Do not use Synocam during the last three months of pregnancy. Take special care if you are in the first 6 months of pregnancy.
• Synocam is not recommended for women who are planning to become pregnant.

Ibuprofen: Ibuprofen belongs to a group of drugs that can affect fertility in women.
This is reversible when the drug is stopped. You must tell your doctor if you are planning to become pregnant or are unable to become pregnant.
Paracetamol: If necessary, Synocam can be used during pregnancy. The lowest possible dose that reduces pain and/or fever for the shortest possible time should be used.
Contact your doctor or pharmacist if your pain and/or fever does not go away or if you need to take the medicine more often.

Driving and using machines:

• Synocam can cause dizziness, trouble concentrating and drowsiness.
• If you have one of the symptoms mentioned above, do not drive or use machines.
