GripVis Throat Spray can be used for the prevention and supportive treatment of upper respiratory tract infections caused by cold viruses.
Forms a moisturizing protective film on the oral and pharyngeal mucosa. This film creates a long-lasting hydration of the mucosa that supports the body's natural defenses.
It can be used in adults and children over 1 year old.
Contains no preservatives. A sterile filter ensures the sterility of the solution even after repeated uses.

Properties:
The mucous membranes of the mouth and nose are the main access routes for viral infections, leading to the common cold and flu-like illnesses. Once inside the oral cavity, viruses can attach to the oral mucosa, where they can multiply and spread.
Carragelose® non-specifically envelops the viruses that cause colds and prevents their adhesion to mucous membranes, thus reducing the reproduction and spread of viruses. Thus, GripVis Throat Spray forms a protective barrier against cold viruses.
Carragelose® contained in GripVis Throat Spray stabilizes the physiological moisturizing film at the level of the pharyngeal mucosa, thus ensuring long-lasting hydration. This physiological moisturizing film acts as a physical barrier against external influences and supports the body's natural defense system.
What is GripVis Throat Spray used for?
For the prevention and supportive treatment of viral infections of the upper respiratory tract.
For moisturizing the oral and pharyngeal mucosa, for example in case of cough, hoarseness or dry air.
For the prevention and supportive treatment of all symptoms generated by the drying or irritation of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa, for example caused by smoking, talking or singing for a long time.
GripVis Nasal Spray can be used for a longer period. There is no risk of addiction or overdose. Contains the natural substance Carragelose®. It is a clinically tested medical device. It does not contain analgesics, preservatives, compounds of animal origin or greenhouse gases. It does not contain lactose or gluten and can be used by diabetics and vegans.

Active ingredients:
GripVis Throat Spray is a clear, colorless, viscous solution with a cherry flavor.
1 ml of solution contains iota-carrageenan 1.2 mg (Carragelose®), sodium chloride, xylitol, cherry flavor, EDTA, disodium phosphate, citric acid and purified water.

Doses and method of administration:
Before the first application, if necessary, pump a few times until an even puff is released.
When spraying, hold the bottle upright so that the suction tube penetrates the liquid.
To avoid injury, insert the sprayer carefully and not too deeply into the oral cavity.
Spray one or more puffs into the throat several times a day as needed.
GripVis Throat Spray can be used for a long time, if necessary, as there is no risk of overdose.
the cold season or in situations where there is an increased risk of viral infection transmitted through the air (travelling, using public transport, crowded indoor public spaces, etc.)
As a treatment for early cold symptoms (eg, sore throat, tingling nose, runny nose), administration should be started as early as possible and should be continued until symptoms have subsided.
Spray a puff at least 3 times a day in each nostril.
If a fever occurs or if after a week of treatment the symptoms do not improve, you must contact the doctor.
To hydrate dry nasal mucosa, spray a few puffs into the nose several times a day as needed.
Remove the protective cap and pump a few times, if necessary, until an even puff is released. GripVis Nasal Spray is now ready to use.
To avoid injury, the sprayer must be inserted carefully into each nostril!
When spraying, hold the bottle upright.
After use, replace the protective cover.
Thanks to the special filter system, the solution remains sterile, even after repeated uses.

Contraindications:
When should GripVis Nasal Spray not be used? In case of known hypersensitivity to any of the components.

Adverse reactions:
Currently, no other side effects are known, except for some very rare cases of hypersensitivity.
There are no known interactions.
No studies have been conducted on interactions with other products.

Precautions:
GripVis Nasal Spray acts locally.
Carragelose® is not absorbed by the cells of the nasal mucosa.
GripVis Nasal Spray can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
If the symptoms persist, you should see a doctor.
For reasons of hygiene and to avoid the transmission of pathogens, the bottle must always be used only by the same person.
