Pulmonary extraction spirometer
Way of ussage:
Remove the parts that make up the Triflo Breathing Exerciser from the box. Attach the suction pipe to the suction tip located at the bottom of the device body.
Before first use or repeated use, just rinse the mouthpiece with hot water and shake dry.
For low-level breathing, draw in just enough air to lift the ball into chamber 1 and stop the ball in the starting position. Hold the first ball in the top position for about 3 seconds and then exhale.
For high-level breathing, breathe in enough so that the balls in chambers 1 and 2 reach the top and do not distort the position of the ball in chamber 3, then exhale.
In both exercises, be careful to remove the mouthpiece from your mouth as you exhale.
Do both types of breathing exercises under the supervision of a doctor, nurse or therapist.
