Sterile isotonic solution 0.9% Humer, 30 x 5 ml, Urgo

Properties:
HUMER Multipurpose Saline is a sterile 0.9% sodium chloride isotonic solution in a single-dose vial for nasal cleansing, ear canal lavage, wound debridement, and inhalation

Ingredients:
Sodium chloride 0.9g
Purified water as needed up to 100ml
No preservatives

How to use:
Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
Remove a single-dose vial and twist the top to open it.

For nasal and eye hygiene
The product can be used daily for nasal and eye hygiene, between 1 and 6 cleanings per day, as appropriate.
- For nasal use: by instillation or cleaning (washing) dry or congested nasal mucosa.
Tilt your head to one side. Insert the tip of the vial into the nostril carefully and press gently on the single-dose vial. Repeat the process for the other nostril. Raise your head back to an upright position to allow the mucus to drain, then wipe away the excess.
Do not blow your nose very hard for 10 minutes after taking the product.
In infants, instill the product using minimal pressure to avoid any risk of contamination of the middle ear.
- For ocular use: by instillation, eye cleaning or washing.
Put a few drops of the solution in each eye. Wipe off excess fluid with a sterile pad. Do not let the single-dose vial come into contact with the surface of the eye. If another eye product is used, start by using HUMER MULTIPURPOSE SALINE SOLUTION then wait 15 minutes before instilling the other product. The solution can be used with contact lenses.

For ear hygiene
By washing. For proper ear hygiene, after using an ear surfactant solution, use the product to remove solubilized earwax sediments and flush the external ear canal.
A single dose vial can be used for both ears. Wipe off excess liquid with a compress.

For cleaning wounds
Flush the wound using all of the solution from a single-dose vial. Wipe off excess fluid only on healthy skin. Do not let the single-dose vial come into contact with the wound surface.

For inhalation in aerosol therapy
If the solution is used as an inhalation solvent in aerosol therapy, refer to the instructions displayed on the product to be inhaled.
If the solution alone is to be used, refer to the instructions displayed on the aerosol therapy device. Seek medical advice if using for the first time or in case of respiratory hypersensitivity."

Warnings:
Single and personal use. After opening: use immediately and discard the single-dose vial after use. Do not use the same single-dose vial for different purposes. It is not intended for injection. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not use if the single-dose vial is damaged. Keep out of reach of children. The opened single-dose vial should not be reused: as the solution does not contain preservatives, its reuse may result in the risk of administration of a contaminated solution.
