Food supplement Advanced Multi-Billion Dophilus from SOLGAR is a probiotic without the addition of dairy products, which includes 4 specially grown strains of beneficial microorganisms:

• L. acidophilus, LA-5,
• B. lactis, BB-12,
• L. paracasei, L. CASEI 431,
• L. rhamnosus GG, LGG.

These strains are supplied by a leading probiotic manufacturer with many years of tradition and experience, CHR Hansen. Each vegetable capsule contains 5 billion microorganisms.

The probiotic bacteria used in the SOLGAR product are naturally present in the human gut and have been thoroughly researched. They are available in lyophilized form (without water during drying at low temperatures), so our product does not require refrigeration.

The probiotic strains included in the Advanced Multi-Billion Dophilus food supplement have been proven in clinical studies and have numerous properties.

One of them is to support the digestive system: administration of 1 billion CFU/day B. lactis BB-12 in oat drink affects the frequency of normal bowel movements for a period of 1-7 months.

Another clinically tested property is the impact of these strains on the immune system. Consuming 1 billion CFU/day B. lactis BB-12 or L. paracasei L. CASEI 431 increased IgG antibody levels for 6 weeks.

Furthermore, in a study combining two strains (1 billion CFU/day B. lactis BB-12 + 1 billion/day CFU L. rhamnosus LGG) over a 12-week period has been shown to have an impact on the immune system and, as a result, positive well-being.

Multibillion dophilus advanced by SOLGAR is a safe way to increase the level of friendly bacteria in the gut. The strains present in this product have been granted QPS (Qualified Presumption of Safety) status by EFSA.
