What do Septolete ® D sore throat lozenges contain?
- Benzalkonium chloride has a bactericidal effect on some bacteria and a fungicidal effect on C. andida albicans (white bleach).
- Menthol and peppermint oil relieve burning and pain when swallowing.
- Thymol additionally intensifies the disinfecting effect.
- Eucalyptus oil accelerates the expectoration of mucus in the upper respiratory tract and thus facilitates breathing.
Septolete ® D hard tablets do not contain sugar, which prevents the development of plaque-causing bacteria.
Septolete® D acts directly on the microorganisms that cause infections . Due to this fact, it inhibits the development of infection and effectively relieves the symptoms of inflammation of the mouth and throat.
Septolete ® D 1 mg hard tablets are indicated for use as an aid in the symptoms of inflammation caused by bacterial infections of the mouth and throat, including sore throat. They are also effective in cases of hoarseness, bad breath and gingivitis. The package contains 30 pills with a refreshing taste. The medicine can be used in adults and children over 4 years of age.
