Description
Sebidin® Intensive is a non-prescription drug indicated for sore throats and mouth and throat infections . Each pill contains two active substances: chlorhexidine dihydrochloride and benzocaine in appropriate doses for adults and children over 12 years of age.
Sebidin ® Tablets for intensive throat 5 mg + 5 mg, 20 pcs
Benzocaine is a local anesthetic that produces an analgesic effect . This effect occurs approximately 5 minutes after using benzocaine.
Chlorhexidine has antibacterial properties . Gram positive bacteria Streptococcus mutans , Streptococcus salivarius or streptococci are particularly sensitive. It is effective against Gram-negative bacteria and the yeast Candida albicans . The antiseptic effect of chlorhexidine appears after about 5 minutes.
Sebidin ® Intensive in the form of tablets of methol-orange can be used in the local treatment of inflammation of the throat and oral cavity, including sore throat. The drug has analgesic, antibacterial and local anesthetic properties.
