Sage contributes to the health of the digestive system.
Sage has a characteristic, pleasant, slightly camphorous smell. Its Latin name literally means "in good health." Salvia has been known and used since ancient times. It was originally found in the Mediterranean Sea, but is now cultivated in many countries. It grows in sunny places and blooms in May and June. It is also used as an ornamental and spice plant.
Ingredients: 100% organic sage.
Method of preparation: pour 1 teaspoon of herbs with a glass of hot water. Boil covered for 5-10 minutes.
