Properties:

Method of preparation:
Unless otherwise indicated by the pediatrician, starting from the eighth month, use tomato sauce with vegetables to season pasta, rice and any other favorite dish.
Average doses: the initial dose is ½ teaspoon (about 20 grams) and can be increased gradually, depending on the age and appetite of the child, also taking into account the pediatrician's opinion.

Precautions:
Always feed the baby under the supervision of an adult and never when he is asleep.
