Resveratrol is an organic compound produced by plants. Its high concentrations have been found in red grapes, blueberries, black currants and hazelnuts. It can also be found in red wine.
What does micronization mean? In this case, micronization means reducing the particles of the free form of the extract to such sizes that its absorption by our body is easier, faster and therefore more effective. . Their size is in the range of 1-4 microns. Most available micronized preparations are in the 149-224 micron range.
