PROKTIS-M® PLUS rectal ointment is intended for auxiliary treatment in the healing processes of anorectal canal conditions after proctological surgery; for internal and external hemorrhoids; in proctitis; cryptitis; anal orgasms; perianal fissures and fistulas.

PROKTIS-M® PLUS rectal ointment works due to the presence of hyaluronic acid, a mucopolysaccharide that is abundantly distributed in many tissues of the body. Hyaluronic acid serves as a structural support and thus brings tension, nutrition and elasticity to the tissues. Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated the ability of hyaluronic acid to accelerate and improve the process of re-epithelialization and tissue renewal.

The PROKTIS-M® PLUS rectal ointment package contains an ointment tube and an application cannula.

Dosage

Two applications a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably after passing stool.

• Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.
• Apply a thin layer of topical ointment.
• Rectal application is facilitated by the appropriate cannula included in the package.
  • Screw the cannula onto the tube and tighten until the cannula is filled.
  • Insert the cannula into the anus and squeeze the tube again to release some ointment.
  • After use, clean the applicator and cover it with the safety cap.

Personal use of the medical device is recommended.

Composition

White petrolatum, vaseline oil, propylene glycol, polidocanol, escin beta-sitosterol phytosome, glycyrrhetinic acid phytosomes, BHT, sodium hyaluronic acid.
