- With Pizza Mix, instant and gluten-free, you can get, in a simple and fast way, a delicious pizza with a soft consistency.
- It is a fast-rising powder preparation.
- A delicious pizza, at the height of the best pizzerias, to be made quickly and easily thanks to instant leavening; the package contains a delicious high-quality tomato pulp and an envelope of oregano. The ingredients used are carefully selected, they do not contain dyes, preservatives and genetically modified organisms.

Way of ussage:
Preheat the fan oven to 200 °C. Use a pot/vessel with a diameter of 26/28 cm, greased with a little oil. Put the contents of the pizza mix in a bowl, add 170 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of oil. First mix with a fork, and then with your fingers until the dough becomes smooth and can be shaped. Press into the pizza pan. Spread the tomato sauce over the counter. Add the oregano, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 25 minutes. Some tips: if you want a pizza with other ingredients (mozzarella, vegetables, etc...) add these toppings 10 minutes before the end of the baking time.
