Properties:
- carob powder, or carob, is a special ingredient: it has a naturally sweet taste, but contains low amounts of sugars and fats;
- it is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals (calcium, potassium, copper) and antioxidants;
- vegan, non-irradiated, no GMOs, no lactose, no preservatives, no trans fats, no heavy metals, low glycemic index;
- gluten-free product, packed in a factory that does not process gluten;

Way of ussage:
- as a substitute for cocoa powder, keep the dosage 1:1 (a teaspoon of carob replaces 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder);
- use carob in cakes, home-made ice creams, puddings, muffins, cakes, cakes, scones and desserts;
- it tastes delicious in a smoothie, protein shake or vegetable milk;
- after opening, keep the product at room temperature, in a tightly closed bag;
- protect it from moisture and direct sunlight.
