-522 mg sea buckthorn oil (Hippophaё rhamnoides) on calcium and magnesium carbonate support corresponding to 130 mg Ca2+(16.25VNR*) and 20 mgMg2+, corn starch (bulking agent), dried pumpkin fruit powder (Cucurbita Pepo) (thickener, colorant), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (emulsifier), Jerusalem artichoke extract, honey (sweetener), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) and talc (anti-caking agent).
- calcium is essential for the structure of bones, plays a decisive role in the contraction and relaxation of muscles, is involved in muscle contractility, but also of the heart, intervenes in numerous enzymatic reactions, in the permeability of capillaries and cell membranes;
- magnesium is the key to nerve and muscle balance, with a vital role in various enzyme activities, in the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle excitability.

Administration method:
Adults: 2-3 tablets per day after main meals; 2-3 treatments per year can be done.
Children between 7 and 14 years : 1 tablet 1-2 times a day or as recommended by the specialist.
