Description
Filini whole wheat organic pasta, 400 g, Girolomoni
Artisanal organic pasta from whole durum wheat, obtained by slow drying.
Characteristics:
For the production of wholemeal semolina paste, wholemeal semolina flour is used, whose wheat grain is only partially hulled, to obtain a paste rich in fibers.
The raw material used is of Italian origin and purchased from an artisan grower.
Girolomoni whole paste contains almost entirely wheat germ, primary sources of lipids, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and enzymes of high nutritional and biological value.

Boiling time: 3 minutes.
