Ingredients/tablet (1115 mg):

- 300 mg dry extract from the leaves of the Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), 300 mg dry extract from the leaves and flowers of the Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna), 185 mg dry extract from the aerial parts of the goosefoot (Leonurus cardiaca), 140 mg powder from the root of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), 100 mg powder from aerial parts of Passiflora (Passiflora incarnate), 15 mg Coenzyme Q10, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium stearate, talc, aerosil, gum arabic, fructose, glucone delta lactone, magnesium carbonate.

Administration method:
- 1 tablet 2-3 times a day, as needed (preferably after meals) or as recommended by the specialist.

• In sleep disorders, take 1-2 tablets (single dose) 30-60 minutes before going to bed.
• Avoid taking the product in combination with alcohol consumption.

The product does NOT contain lactose!
