In children, the administration is made according to body weight: approximately 60 mg/kg/day, divided into 4 doses per day (approximately 15 mg/kg/dose).
Children aged between 3 and 7 years: 250 mg (1 suppository) 1-2 times a day.
Children aged between 7 and 15 years: 250 mg (1 suppository) 1-3 times a day.
The maximum recommended dose should not exceed 80 mg/kg body/day in children weighing up to 37 kg.
