Product Description:

Optimisan is a food supplement with a calming effect and supporting the process of falling asleep, it contains large doses of active ingredients:
- hop cones and valerian extracts support calmness and help sleep;
- lemon balm and mint extracts have a relaxing effect, facilitating sleep and supporting a good mood.

Application:
- during periods of excessive nervousness and stress,
- difficulty falling asleep.

Ingredients: Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), gelatin, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus), mint leaf extract (Mentha piperita ), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc)

Recommended dosage:

Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules

Do not exceed the recommended dose of the product for consumption during the day.

Instructions for use:

Take 1 capsule twice a day with a meal and water. As a sleep aid, take 2 capsules one hour before bedtime.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Storage conditions:

Keep in a dry place, at a temperature below 25 °C, out of the reach of small children. Protects against light.
