Elm drops Elm Original Bach, 20 ml, Rescue Remedy [5000488103113]
How is it administered?
- For short-term administration of the remedies, put 2 drops of each selected remedy in a glass of water and drink the water in small sips until the symptoms improve or disappear.
- Long-term administration of Bach Flower Remedies requires the preparation of a mixture of a maximum of 7 remedies in a 30 ml treatment bottle.
How is it prepared?
1. In a clean 30 ml bottle, add 2 drops of each selected floral remedy with the pipette.
2. Fill the bottle with still mineral water.
3. Optionally add a teaspoon of alcohol, preferably brandy, which helps keep the water in the bottle in good condition.
The alcohol treatment bottle will be stored in a place away from heat and sunlight.
If no alcohol is added, the treatment bottle should be kept in the refrigerator.
How are the remedies administered?
- Using the pipette, 4 drops are administered 4 times a day: the first dose upon waking, the last before going to bed and the other two at regular intervals during the day.
- Put the drops directly on the tongue. Be careful not to let the pipette touch your tongue or teeth, as the water in the treatment bottle may become contaminated with the bacterial flora in your oral cavity.
- You can also put the drops in a glass with a little water and then drink the water from the glass.
How long are the remedies administered?
- The contents of a 30 ml treatment bottle will last you approximately 3 weeks
- Effects begin to appear after 2-3 weeks of continuous administration.
