Frankincense essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the oleoresin of the frankincense tree.
How does it work?
Frankincense essential oil is calming for the nervous system, clears the mind, slows the breathing rate and also causes deeper breathing, being excellent for meditation. Reduces anxiety. It is particularly useful in respiratory tract diseases, cleans the lungs and helps in case of breathing difficulties, laryngitis, cough and cold by using the aromatherapy lamp.

How to consume
External: baths 10 drops/bath dissolved in a solvent (shower gel, liquid soap, bath foam), massage 2-3 drops incorporated in massage oil, aromatherapy 3-5 drops in 50 ml water, inhalations with 8 drops to 100 ml of hot water.
