Description
Nutricia Nutrison Protein Plus is a ready-to-serve nutritional preparation. Foods for special medical purposes may be used as the sole source of food for the nutritional management of malnourished patients or patients at risk of malnutrition if tube (enteral) feeding is required.
Nutrison Protein Plus liquid preparation contains vegetable and milk proteins, as well as docosahexaenoic acids (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

Nutrison Protein Plus is recommended for patients with increased protein needs, including: in case of:
- multi-organ injuries,
- postoperative period with hypercatabolism,

- respiratory failure or circulatory system failure,
- severe infections.
The ready-to-use product can be administered through a feeding tube or stoma in combination with the Flocare ® enteral feeding set in the gravity version or in the Flocare ® 800 or Flocare ® Infinity™ pump version. The preparation allows you to meet the nutritional needs of the sick body.
