Bacteria of the genera Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus occur naturally in the human digestive tract and have complementary effects. The cells from the Now Foods ® preparation the bacteria were placed in vegetable cellulose capsules. The preparation can be used by vegetarians and vegans. The recommended daily dose is only 1-2 capsules, which should be taken between meals. A package containing 60 capsules is enough for one person for up to 2 months of daily supplementation.
