Description
Millet is a gluten-free grain that fights acidity, provides energy and aids digestion. It is a source of iron and fiber. It contains protein with few calories and important amounts of silicon, magnesium, potassium and vitamin E.
Organic millet can be used in a multitude of recipes: soups, salads, risotto or desserts.
Boiling time: 20 minutes.
Method of preparation: wash the millet in cold water several times and boil for about 20 minutes on low heat. Then season to taste, add oil, salt, soy sauce, gomasio.
