Transparent dressing with reinforced edge Tegaderm IV, 6 cm x 7 cm, 1 piece, 3M
Properties:
- combines the transparency of the Tegaderm film with the stability of the Medipore™ patch to secure the pores;
- Tegaderm™ IV secures the central insertion points and protects them from contamination;
- Tegaderm™ dressings allow the skin to breathe, offer very good air permeability and provide a sterile, impermeable barrier to external contamination including liquids, bacteria and viruses.
- in vitro tests have shown that the transparent film provides a viral barrier against viruses with a diameter greater than 27nm;
- easy application;
- system with a unique "frame" for a precise and safe application, reducing the potential of sticking to the gloves or to itself;
- improves the safety and stability of the dressing, reduces the risk of phlebitis;
- slot for the safe fixation of catheters;
- the sterile barrier, which allows breathing but is impermeable to water and against harmful external factors.

The dressing is sterile only if the packaging is intact.
