The outer capsule contains:
Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia), 80 mg
For a calming and relaxing effect before bed, helping the falling asleep process.
The inner capsule contains:
Passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata), 200 mg
Vitamin B6, 2mg
Melatonin 1 mg (its beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed)
The inner capsule will release its components in the body 1 hour after ingestion through delayed release and thus maintain sleep.
Recommended dose
1 duo capsule per day (1 hour before bedtime), for adults over 18 years old
How is it used?
Take with water (do not lie down)

Do not use Lunestil if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have impaired liver function. Does not contain lactose and gluten.
