The most powerful exfoliant from Geek&Gorgeous, specially formulated for the anti-aging fight, contains 12% AHA + Cactus Extract.

Properties:

• from the desire to offer your skin an acid that increases collagen production, but at the same time being as gentle as possible by increasing the amount of AHA acids, Smooth Out was born;
• the combination of 12% glycolic acid + lactic acid easily and effectively removes dead cells from the surface of the skin, giving it a healthy glow almost instantly;
• pH 3.5-3.9;
• 10% Glycolic Acid + 2% Lactic Acid;
• through frequent application, it increases the collagen production of the skin, smoothes fine wrinkles, reduces hyperpigmentation and increases the effectiveness of treatments with moisturizing products applied afterwards;
• the combination of AHA acids with Nopal Cactus Extract is specially designed to reduce the potential neurosensory irritation of the skin caused by higher amounts of alpha-hydroxy acids;
• additional humectants were also added to boost the water-binding ability of lactic and glycolic acid;

To whom it is addressed:

Active ingredients:

• Glycolic acid - the most studied and proven AHA acid that gently exfoliates the surface of the skin, but also increases the skin's own collagen production and fades brown spots.
• Lactic acid - the second most studied AHA acid, has a gentle exfoliating role and is also a fantastic humectant.
• Nopal cactus + yeast extract - a unique combination of cactus and yeast extracts that contain low molecular weight peptides, carbohydrates and minerals, designed to reduce neurosensory irritations caused by the application of large amounts of AHA.
• Galactoarabinan - a natural polysaccharide extracted from the larch tree that reduces trans-epidermal water loss and amplifies the action of exfoliating agents.
• Panthenol - a classic ingredient for the skin, is an agent that provides the skin with hydration, soothing and protection
• Xylitylglucoside + anhydroxylitol + xylitol - a humectant trio based on sugar that increases the ability to retain water in the skin and improves the skin's natural barrier.
• Sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer - a new generation of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, whose water retention capacity is several times higher than the already amazing water retention capacity of hyaluronic acid, which helps to keep the skin well hydrated.

Way of ussage:

• Ideal, as a first step, after cleansing the skin. Use it as a toner, applying it either with a cotton pad, or pour it on your palms and apply it. Avoid the area around the eyes.
• You can start by using Smooth Out once a week, then it can be used every day, depending on the skin's tolerance level. After application, it is possible to experience a slight tingling sensation, which is normal but will disappear very quickly. You can reduce the tingling sensation if you apply the product on completely dry skin. Do not use other exfoliating acids or scrubs at the same time as Smooth Out.
• Texture: watery, fluid.

Precautions:

• AHA acids make the skin more sensitive to the sun.
• Apply sun protection every day. Applying a sunscreen product with SPF 30 or higher is mandatory when using AHA acids. Regardless of whether you apply the product in the morning or in the evening, the sun protection is applied every morning in a generous layer, to prevent the adverse effects caused by UV radiation.
