How to use:

• Humana follow-on milk 2 is suitable for babies after the 6th month after breastfeeding or after Humana 1 starter milk.
• You can also replace any other type of milk with Humana follow-up milk 2.

Simple preparation:

• When preparing baby food, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions for use.
• Improper preparation or storage of the prepared bottle for a longer period can affect health by developing pathogens.
• Prepare fresh food before each meal and serve immediately.

Important:

• Allow the bottle to cool to drinking temperature (37°C) (danger of causing burns).
• Do not reuse food scraps.
• Carefully clean the bottle, teat and thread.
• Do not heat milk-based foods in the microwave oven (danger of causing burns).
• Close the unsealed bag tightly after using the product, store in a cool dry place and consume the contents within 3 weeks.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the required amount of water and let it cool to 50°C or heat Human Baby Water to 50°C.
2. Put about half of the required amount of water into a clean bottle
3. Fill the attached Human Measuring Scoop and smooth with a knife or similar object. Add the required amount of powder to the bottle/bottle.
4. Close the bottle and shake the contents vigorously. Add the rest of the water and shake again.
5. Attach the teat and check again that the food is at a suitable temperature of 37°C.

Please only use the attached measuring spoon.

Important indications:

• In the first 6 months, the ideal solution is to breastfeed your baby.
• Like all types of follow-on milk, follow-on milk 2 should not be used in the first 6 months to replace breast milk, but in principle from the age of 6 months as part of mixed feeding.
• However, the individual growth requirements of your baby may require the introduction of follow-on food in the menu as a component of diversification even before this age.
• Please consult a pediatrician for this purpose.
• The product should only be used on the recommendation of persons qualified in medicine, nutrition or pharmacy and other professionals responsible for mother and child care.
• Humana supports the World Health Organization's recommendation of exclusive breastfeeding for up to 6 months and continued breastfeeding as long as possible.

For dental health:

• For your baby's dental health, don't leave your baby's bottle in place of a pacifier or pacifier.
• Like breast milk, baby foods contain carbohydrates (e.g. lactose), which, in frequent and permanent contact with the teeth, can cause dental problems due to caries and other subsequent problems.
• The duration of feeding with a bottle should not exceed that of breastfeeding.
