Mode of use
1-3 capsules, depending on the lactose content of the food, to be administered with water. Take with any food or drink containing lactose. Depending on the degree of lactose intolerance, the dose is individual and must be adapted to the lactose content of the food. Lactose tolerance is variable and therefore each person with lactose intolerance should seek information about the role of this substance in their diet.
