Properties:
- Lactiferon® Derma gastro-resistant tablets is a dietary supplement indicated for patients with acne, rosacea and other skin conditions associated with hyperseborrhea and inflammation (e.g. seborrheic dermatitis).
- Each tablet contains pure Lactoferrin 100 mg, Zinc Gluconate 15 mg, Nicotinamide 300 mg and Copper 1 mg;
- Lactoferrin is a multifunctional protein from the transferrin family, which is part of the body's first line of defense;
- The antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties of lactoferrin, which has a broad spectrum of action against numerous pathogenic microorganisms, including the bacteria that cause acne;
- Contributes to reducing the number of bacteria that favor the appearance of inflamed pimples and to the rebalancing of sebum secretion;
- Zinc in the form of gluconate has a higher bioavailability than other forms of zinc and is a very important mineral for skin health;
- Administering zinc to acne patients can contribute to reducing the number of inflammatory lesions and sebum secretion;
- Nicotinamide is another ingredient recognized for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-seborrheic properties, with visible results in acne and seborrhea from the first weeks of administration;
- Copper is an essential mineral for the proper functioning of skin processes, with an important bactericidal effect against numerous Gram-positive and negative bacteria;
- The oral administration of zinc for long periods can induce hypocupremia, therefore it is necessary to combine this mineral during treatment;
- The concentration of active ingredients is perfectly balanced to have beneficial effects in acne and hyperseborrhea, but at the same time to maintain a high safety profile for patients;
- Lactiferon Derma® is in the form of gastro-resistant tablets and, therefore, lactoferin and the rest of the ingredients are released only in the intestine, thus facilitating better absorption of nutrients.

Administration method:
It is recommended to take 1-2 gastro-resistant tablets per day, during meals, for 12 weeks.

Ingredients:
Each Lactiferon Derma® tablet contains Vitamin B3/Nicotinamide 300 mg, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose, zinc gluconate 118 mg (equivalent to 15 mg elemental zinc), lactoferrin acetate (milk) 117 mg (equivalent to 100 mg Lactoferrin), coating agent: Sepifilm® (titanium dioxide, glycerol, hypromellose, talc), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and colloidal silicon dioxide, copper gluconate 7.14 mg (equivalent to 1 mg elemental copper).

Precautions:
LACTIFERON® Derma gastro-resistant tablets contain lactoferrin, a glycoprotein isolated from cow's milk; do not use in case of intolerance or allergy to cow's milk or any of the ingredients.
Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption.
The product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
