What is sulforaphane?
Sulforaphane is an organosulfur chemical compound from the isothiocyanate group, formed as a result of the decomposition of glucosinolate - glucoraphanin under the influence of an enzyme called myrosinase. Kenay ® capsules use 100% natural broccoli seed extract obtained from the highest quality plants using efficient technological processes that retain the active ingredients. Broccoli seeds contain glucoraphanin (a precursor of sulforaphane), which is converted to sulforaphane by the enzyme myrosinase.
The recommended daily dose of the activated formula BroccoRaphanin ® with active broccoli seed extract is only 1 capsule per day. A pack of 60 pieces will provide two months of use.
