Description
Nutritional supplement Iron complex.
Active ingredients in one tablet:
- vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) - 100 mg (125% RDA)
- iron (ferrous fumarate) - 18 mg (129% RVH)
- zinc (zinc oxide) - 12 mg (120% RDA)
- folic acid (folate) - 400 μg (200% RVH)
RVH = nutritional reference value.
Iron contributes to the correct formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to the transfer of oxygen in the body, to the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue.
Vitamin C contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and increases the absorption of iron. More on adc.sk
Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet once a day. Swallow the tablet with a sufficient glass of water.
Warning: Not suitable for children under 3! The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The nutritional supplement must be kept out of the reach of children. Keep tightly closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
