SPAGUL S Due to the content of psyllium seeds and leaves, it causes an increase in the volume of the intestinal mass due to water absorption and swelling. Pressure on the intestinal walls improves peristalsis, shortening transit time. Eases defecation by:

- loosening of the stool due to water absorption,

- the free nature of the gel formed

- increased secretion of free substances in the colon

ISPAGULS, thanks to its rich fiber content, supports the proper functioning of the digestive system.

Ingredients: psyllium seed pine (Plantaginis ovatae seminis tegumentum), psyllium seed (Plantaginis ovatae semen).

Amounts of ingredients:

Ingredients contained in 1 measuring cup: seed pods 2.1 g, seeds 0.9 g.

Recommended dose:

1-3 tablespoons of powder per day, preferably in the morning and evening.

Do not exceed the recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day.

Instructions for use:

Measure one serving of powder (3g) using the included measuring cup, mix well with ¾ cup of water or juice and drink. The powder can also be added to yogurt, cereal or other foods and drunk liberally. Take 1-3 tablespoons of powder per day, preferably in the morning and evening.

Contraindications:

It is not recommended to consume the food supplement Ispagul S in case of gastro-intestinal diseases, intestinal obstruction, severe diabetes and severe diarrhea accompanied by fever. If you use medicines or other food supplements, leave a time interval (about 1 hour) before and after taking Ispagul S. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Keep in a dry place, at a temperature below 25°C, out of the reach of small children. Protects against light.
